ACT Reprographics are committed to manufacturing and supplying a product that meets every requirement of their customers.
The Quality Management System defines the procedures that facilitate the achievement of the organisation's objectives and develops a total quality culture.
To achieve this, ACT's policy is to:
- Implement a quality system that meets all the requirements of ISO 9001:2000
- Regularly review every aspect of the Quality System to promote a continuous improvement culture that benefits the customer and the company.
- Train and develop people to achieve ACT's objectives and to promote best quality practice throughout the company.
STOP PRESS - 31st May 2007 ACT have been recommended for registration of the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 by Bureau Veritas.
19 October 2006 ACT audited and have confirmed the continuation of Investors in People by WAG (Welsh Assembly Government).
15 December 2003 ACT audited and have confirmed the continuation of Investors in People by WAG (Welsh Assembly Government).
31 August 2001 ACT awarded Investors in People by ELWa (Education and Learning in Wales).
