File Submission

We recommend that you use File Transfer Protocol (FTP) when your files will not fit on the before mentioned media. Emailing your files is not advisable.

ACT's file upload area:
ACT now provides a web based FTP file upload system - Crush FTP - to upload your files directly to our FTP server without the need for an FTP client. Please follow the instructions below...

1 Have your username and password supplied by ACT to hand.

If you have already received your username and password from ACT then please click HERE.
If you want to receive your unique username and password from ACT to allow you to upload your files then please click HERE and complete the form and we will send you them.
If you have forgotten your username or password or require one from ACT then please click HERE.

2 Preparing your files for upload:

Compression
Before you send us your files you must first compress all of your job into a single archive using either Stuffit or ZIP. File uploads are unlimited in size but please be sensible. Very large files will take a significant amount of time to upload.
Naming your file
Please name the file you wish to upload logically for easy identification with your order number or ACT's quote number eg. cg000254.sit (or .zip suffix) The file name will automatically be sent to ACT's studio with your details on submission of the upload form.
